Things to note

Before DMing or emailing me for a commission, you can check some of my work from SAMPLES. If you've decided to commission me from my works, kindly understand the following:I am OK with:
Translations: I accept mainly text-based translations from CN/JP to EN.
Writing: I can write travel articles in Japan, from anywhere between Hiroshima to Hokkaido, or within Kuala Lumpur itself. For other countries/ cities, research is required in order for me to write about them.

IMPORTANT!!
For translating:
1. I don't take commissions that are heavily graphic.
2. I don't take translation requests from EN/CN/MY to JP.
3. I also don't take commissions that require image editing.
4. In general cases, I charge by word/character/page count.
5. If original piece is heavy with industrial jargon usages (especially in medical and engineering), or something that requires research, I may either decline the request or take a longer time to complete them.
6. If work is deemed complex, I have all the rights to request for price adjustments as well as deadline adjustments to cater to said work.

For travel article writing:
1. As traveling is limited due to the pandemic, for travel articles, it'd be wonderful if you could provide source images that supports the article you require me to write.
2. If you're providing the images, please ensure that the provided images have no issues with copyright, or you are the copyright owner to the images. I will not be responsible if a dispute on image usage shall rise.
3. I have all the rights to decline accepting the commission if it's a place I am completely unfamiliar with.

3 If and only if I have nothing scheduled, and work on your piece upon receiving payment. In a case where my schedule is occupied (which will be communicated in DMs), then an agreed deadline that is mutually agreed to.

PROCEDURES
1. As charges will depend on complexity of the piece we'll be working on, please DM me on Twitter with the following information:
(1) Number of words/ pages (If it's translation, providing the source text would be optimal so calculation will be much faster)
(2) Type of work: Writing/ Translating; Language(s) involved; Format of delivery
(3) Usage type: Personal/ Fanpage/ Commercial
(4) Urgency of request
(5) Other details
2. Generally, I charge triple from my ordinary rate for commercial usages and/or for urgent works. However, charges may change on case-by-case basis depending on the usage of the final work.3. Upon coming to an agreement on pricing and deadline, I will collect 100%, strictly non-refundable payment via PayPal, Ko-Fi, or Stripe If you're a Malaysian, we can also opt for local bank transfer.4. Please ensure that we can communicate throughout the period where I'm working on your commission, as questions may be asked for clarification purposes, and a delayed response may subject to a delay in delivery.5. For translations and writing: Revisions on grammar/ typos are allowed within 48 hours of receiving the finalized work. Refunds are only available if I have not started working on your commission past a mutually agreed/ revised deadline.6. For writing: If a revision is deemed major from my judgment where partial/ full rewrite(s) are required, I have the rights to decline the request or collect a revision fee based on a hourly rate of USD35/hr x number of hours worked on the said revision.7. For Japan travel consultation, please provide me information on your flight details, hotel booking, group size, interests, and overall budget before proceeding..
